Your dealership’s reputation alone might not sell cars, but it can absolutely UN-sell them. Naked Lime knows this, and so does DealerRater, the website dedicated exclusively to car dealer reviews.
DealerRater launched in 2002 and now reports an audience of more than 3 million visitors each month. Those visitors have generated more than 1.5 million reviews representing 40,000 car dealerships.
Each year, DealerRater recognizes a select group of those dealerships in their Dealer of the Year Award Program. To be considered for the Award, dealerships must meet certain requirements:
- Minimum of 25 reviews on DealerRater for the calendar year.
- Average minimum star rating of 4.0 on DealerRater (calculated quarterly); with 5.0 as the highest possible rating.
- At least one review on DealerRater per quarter during the calendar year.
- Must not have been blacklisted within the calendar year.
