Digital Dealer 22: Sunshine and Good Vibes in Tampa
The Digital Dealer Conference has always held a special place in our hearts, since Naked Lime made our big, green debut in Las Vegas at Digital Dealer 11 in October 2011.
A lot has changed in five years, for us, for the conference, and for the automotive industry.
For us, the best part is how our booth conversations at Digital Dealer have changed. It has become less “Who are you and what do you do?” (although we are still happy to answer those) and more about how we do it.
It’s exciting to see how much more knowledgeable and invested dealer personnel have become in their marketing. The deeper, more intelligent business conversations happening in the Naked Lime booth now are the kind that can really make a difference in dealership business, and we love to be part of it all.
There is no shortage of good information flowing through the sessions, and we are always eager to attend to see what’s new, what’s next, and what dealers think about how vendors see the business.
We were also proud to once again present featured speaking sessions at the show.
Ryan Zwerneman, a field marketing consultant for Naked Lime, presented “Grow Profits by Shrinking Per-Vehicle Ad Costs.” He highlighted the need for efficient dealership marketing strategies, such as zip code-specific targeted marketing to minimize per-vehicle ad costs and raise profits.
Vice President Larry Bruce presented “Why Your Marketing Still Sucks – Move Beyond Talking at Your Customers to Talking to Them with Marketing Automation.” The session focused on the two-way nature of marketing communication and the need for customized messages that speak directly to customers as individuals.
Thanks again for another great show. We loved seeing everyone in Tampa, and if you missed us, you have another chance soon in Las Vegas for Digital Dealer 23!
